The Role

As a BDR at Wenite, you are the first point of contact for HR-consultants, leadership coaches and people & culture advisors across the Benelux. You build pipeline from scratch through cold calls, emails and conversations that are worth having. You understand the world you're selling into. And you make sure nothing slips.

What you'll be doing

  • Build pipeline: Pick up the phone. Send the email. Identify and engage with HR-consultants, leadership coaches and people & culture advisors through cold calling, targeted outreach and LinkedIn. We aim for volume and quality, not one or the other.
  • Own the first touch: Run high-quality discovery calls with consultants and practice owners to understand their challenges and qualify them for the handoff.
  • Keep the funnel clean: Generate qualified meetings and maintain a structured pipeline in HubSpot. Nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Experiment and iterate: Work with the CEO and marketing to test GTM plays, outbound copy and account-based approaches. You help build the playbook.
  • Understand the world you're selling into: Know Wenite's platform and the P&O consulting landscape well enough to handle early objections and spark genuine curiosity.

  • Builder mentality: You enjoy figuring things out, taking ownership and working in an environment that is evolving rapidly.
  • Driven by outreach: You're motivated by cold outbound, resilient under rejection and relentless about follow-up.
  • Communication excellence: You write tight, thoughtful outreach that gets replies. Not templates that get ignored.
  • Curiosity: You ask good questions and actually listen. You want to understand the world of P&O consulting, not just pitch into it.
  • Structure: You work with a CRM, build sequences, and make your pipeline predictable.
  • Fluent Dutch, functional English. French is a bonus.
  • Required: 1–2 years of business development experience; affinity with HR, consulting or professional services are considered a plus. Experience with outbound is a differentiator.
